See that semicircular bulge on the bottom of the carb in the picture?  That is the float chamber.
By removing those screws that attach it to the rest of the carb you will be looking at the float hanging down.

Remove the 2 screws around the bowl and expose the float. Looks like this from the bottom of the carb.

Below is nice photo of the all the parts. Remove and clean as needed. YouTube has a lot on how to take care of a carb.
