Curiosity has the best of me.
At 1:54 the rider passes a red and white striped post with a white triangular sign with a red edge around it.
The black images on the sign look like the image of a man relieving himself on a big rock.
What does it mean?

Hah, from the description I thought the vid would be in India.  I think that's a dude digging with a shovel, ie, "works in progress."  Could be mistaken, though.

Certainly a nice bike, but I don't know if I saw enough of him taking that one bend at a moderate pace...

Cool.
Actual Egli Super Bullets are very rare. That is the first one that I have ever seen in action.

Good stuff, but no trafficators? And, is that an oil pressure gauge? Would love to see a shot of that while the engine is running.

I worked on one of those engines a few years back and remember splitting the crank for some reason that escapes me at present. The crank was very simillar to the Alpha / Hitchcocks long stroke types, but of 105mm stroke rather than the 103mm stroke for the 570/612 conversions. The one I worked on had an alloy conrod with parrallell crankpin and roller big end. It also had an Accralite piston and alloy barrel, as well as a ported head. If I get time to dig through my work diaries, I might recall more about that job, but I remember the owner being happy with it once it was running again.

That's interesting the 612 I have has a steel conrod. I wonder why they used an alloy rod?   ERC

Hows the balance with that extra weight? Did you rebalance after the build?

You morons, those guys are the shadowy group known in Europe as "the umbrella pushers". The signs are a warning to anyone foolish enough to mess with them!

Great vid. The bike sounds fantastic..I was thinking it was summer now. The men at work sign is behind what looks like a high water mark pole..Is that a 34 m carb? Thanks for the clip, I watched it twice. I remember that music playing on the AM radio.  GM
