+1.  If I get a good part from a small vendor I often use the sticker.  I figure I help them get more product out and help other owners know about it so they can get it to.  I'm not looking for bragging rights, just to help small vendors and other riders.

I'll be removing the dealer license plate frame from my wife's car, they get plenty of business already, but I will keep my dealer's sticker on my bike.

nomenclature plates: the extent of my tolerance for branding.

I would prefer all aftermarket assemblies have a plate identifying the manufacturer, part or assembly catalog number, and date of manufacture or Serial Number.

Anything less is irresponsible, anything more: braggart.
