Hi, after an attempt to use photoshop I figured I'd post on here.
I'm thinking of putting the black D&D exhaust system on my black c5. has anyone done this or can someone help me with a photoshop picture?

before I spend the money I'd like to see what the black exhaust looks like on a black bike, I'm thinking it will work without having to blackout the rest of my bike because it has a chrome tip on the exhaust and the chromed hardware.

I may eventually black out all of the chrome but not anytime in the near future so I want to make sure it will look good if I decide against blacking out the rest.

help and opinions appreciated.

Not to offend, but what a silly question!  How could more black ever look bad on a motorcycle? ;)

I know, I know. I just feel strongly that if you start to black out a motorcycle then you have to finish the job! With that being said I just can't do that any time soon..... the black exhaust on the other hand, I can spare $400 if I have to....

All in all, that picture does look ridiculously awesome. I think I've made up my mind.
Thanks for taking the time to do that, my attempt was horrible looking.

I really like the way that pipe looks with the large diameter the heat shield layer provides.  Just looks beefy and bad, even more in the black.

Fussy mob ...

OK best I can do ... C5 with Black Shrouded Hagons, Black barrels and with Black Cases ...  note the Hagons will not have the reservoir that is a left over from the original shocks.

Personally I would just do the exhaust and fit the "vintage" shrouded Hagons.

By all accounts the Hagons are also a huge improvement in ride and handling over the stock shocks.

That's probably all that I will do, I just fitted my Ace Canister today(Tom was awesome enough to work with me and get one fitted on the UCE), headlight visor and lowered the seat......

I think that blacked out exhaust, Hagons and better tires. That's game for me.
