It reminds me of the "Fat Bullet", offered by the austrian dealer back in the days when Iron Barrels ruled the world (LoL).

Do you have any plans for how you're going to make forward controls for it? There's not a lot of places you can fit footpegs. I did once fit "highway pegs" to one by using a long piece of threaded bar in place of the big front engine mount and fitting footpeg rubbers onto it but I'm not sure how you'd get the levers up there. It was probably a bit on the high side for comfort for constant use. It did also snap after a bit from the vibration and I landed up having to make my own bar out of high tensile steel.

How are you going to do gearshifts? Jockey change?

Yeah it’s currently foot clutch jockeyshift. Those fat bullets are cool having an extended front end too!

Found a picture with my highway pegs. That was on the way to Crimmichau in Germany from Ijmunden. Did it in a oner. There were some very irate Germans on the Autobahn.

Stinkwheel, is that a 25 liter tank?

It was a poor first attempt at a roadbook holder using an electronics enclosure and held on with magnets. The magnets weren't strong enough and the internals fell apart.

The mk2 works a lot better, based on a cliplock sandwich box. Two plastic rollers mounted with an arrangement of locknuts and washers and some o-rings to create friction. You write the directions on a long roll of paper and roll it up in there then you can move it along a bit at a time as you do the route.
