I think it started with the repairing of the center stand. It started slipping when I was trying to main stand. The mechanic advised me to change the stand but I opted to go for a welding.Everything went fine and I was happy that I had to spend a few bucks only. After a month (almost) today I discovered the main stand is detached from the frame.I took the bike to the authorized dealer-they put down the engine and found there were cracks on both the ends of the bottom "T" tubes. My bike is not under the warranty. The dealer is suggesting to replace it with a new one but it will take almost 20 days to get the new frame.Shall I go for a welding? Please help.

Got any pictures? I think any competent welding shop could carry out a good repair.

Jack had his right rear motor mount break. The shop pulled the engine and had it rewelded. My left rear motor mount isn't completely welded, but it doesn't appear to have started to crack yet. I guess we need to keep an eye open in this area.
