I just saw on the Home Royal Enfield Indian web site the announcement of the new 500cc Thunderbird.  Wow!  That really looks like a neat bike at least IMHO.  Both Speedo & Tach, Neat headlight, UCE engine, comfortable looking seat, LARGER gas tank (they say 300 Km with it.  I wonder if it'll come to the U.S., and if so, when, and for how mucheroo?  :)

Gotta say, it looks nicer and less dorky in the video than it does in stills.  Where can I get me some of those RE boots?

RE Accessories will be released soon. That's what the RE guys said. A lot of cool stuff like boots, saddle bags, caps, helmets and few others.

The turn signals flopping around at the 54 second mark made me laugh my beer out my nose. Hahahahah

I was playing it at work with not sound and that made me laugh.  Visual evidence of "the thump"!

I wish I had photoshop. But here, this is an MS Paint rendition. All it needs is drag bars and bar end mirrors.
