I am aware of the torque values being too high for alum fitted fasteners...but this list I found has the fastener sizes for most locations....

People need to remember, when torque values are given, the amount is for dry threads.

If the threads are lubricated or if a liquid thread lock like Loc-Tite is applied, reduce the value specified by 1/3.

This applies to the drain plug too.  Usually, the threads are still wet because of the oil draining out of the oil tank so the recommended 15 ft/lb for the UCE, given in the nfieldgear catalog should be only about 10 ft/lbs. when wet.
