it was a wonderful ride.
i got there on time by my watch...late by theirs. i rode the first 65 miles with a father and son. one was on a red victor and the other was on a b50.
both were beautiful bikes. we rode from the start in the gysers to boonville along highway 128. except for the idiot in the flatbed tile truck that would not go the speed limit or use the turnouts it was a beautiful ride. at the first stop there were about 10 other bikes in various stages of perfection. from boonville we rode mountian view road....a very twisty, gravely and pot holed excuse for a road. but at the end of mv road is point arena and hwy 1.....fantastic sweepers and wonderful asphalt.
we all met up in point arena for lunch at the pier chowder house. lunch was great i had fish and chips. after lunch the ride went down hwy 1 to annipolis road to shaggs springs then ended where it started. total mileage was a little over 180 miles. great ride and perfect weather.
