Mine was purchased for fuel economy due to the gas problem here (twice that in the U.S. in cost), so for me, having a Brit-type jewel and a very fun ride are the bonuses.  As it breaks me in (as opposed to me breaking it in!) it is becoming easier and more natural to just ride into the main village.

On my 1990 Ford Probe ,I can get about 28-30. with 2.2 eng. Gas is about $4.34 a U.S. gallon. I think that is still better than what our British brothers are having to pay.
