The sixth chassis 'digit' will either be a J for Jacknell Rd, (Hinckley) or  a T for Thailand (Chonburi).

Never underestimate the value of improved combustion efficiency and reducing parasitic engine and rolling chassis losses.

For the benefit of others who might suffer from a leaking cap I went to my dealer today and ask him if we could switch caps and see if my problem went away. Sure enough a new cap fit perfectly and made a good seal. We noticed on my cap the hinged tang was bent way out of shape, something you couldn't see when it was on the bike and this prevented one side from locking. He straightened the tang out, put my cap back on and everything is fine, I can even hear two clicks as each side locks. End of leaking cap issue.
