In the U.S. you might want to add some kind of graffiti, like "FTATF", or "FTFBI", or similar. But do it in Cyrillic to really confuse them.  :)

Now I wouldn't do it myself, but I can't fault someone for wanting to customize.  I've always wanted to own a Jeepney or Baht-Bus myself.
How about a Tailgunner Gatling gun exhaust?  It spins!

Active duty USAF here. My bombs don't have color bands, but I'm familiar with the rules.

I was a Marine Aviation Ordnanceman and personally think it would look silly, but it's your bike.  By the way, Blue means "Inert" or no explosives of any kind. That's why practice bombs are Blue. Yellow bands mean "High Explosives".  Real HE bombs are generally Green with Yellow bands.  There's all sorts of other color schemes for different Ordnance, but you won't see a Blue body with a Yellow band - it's contradictory.
This thread belongs with the one about NSA watching us. LOL

You're on your own there.  I'm a widower; don't have to justify anything, just watch my little girl roll her eyes and call me "Dork".
