So I will post pictures to confirm my gripe with RE.  After 289 miles in three days and kick starting it every time since its first start up. My right (rear brake) foot peg is wiggling around and trying to spin off when I ride. This baffles me because i stand on the pegs to kick the bike but my right foot is on the kick starter.  Has anyone had to remove and re glue their pegs?  This really pisses me off because well its a damn foot peg how cant you get that right?

Tighten the nut?
The footpeg studs are welded into the tube. There's a possibility that the weld has cracked. I had to to take off my right hand side stud when I put the rear sets on. The easiest cure would be to rebraze the stud from the outside. The inside end where the original weld is is very close to the engine.

I'm jealous :(. I don't have a TIG welder. Wish I did. They can sure come in handy. I'd have to use a gas welder, which is why I mentioned brazing.
But, with the proper equipment sure makes having to do the repair nice!

My left side foot rubber is also loose. I'll probably use some type of epoxy to hold in place. Right one seems fine so far.
