Monday night at 9:30 PDT, Turner Classic Movies is airing "The Motorcycle Diaries", a movie rarely aired on TV. It's about a couple of guys who just take off to go on a really Epic ride in South America, going from Argentina, up the West Coast to up around Venezuela. They are riding 2-up on an old Norton ES2 in the '50s. It's an interesting biographically based movie. Unfortunately with subtitles, but worth the watch.

I am currently reading the book, it is written by and about Ernesto "Che" Guevara.
Very good book! I have it on my DVR from the last time it aired, I saw it years ago and am excited to see it again.

Actually, I liked it mostly for the motorcycling bits. Once the bike left, I lost interest. I don't think I finished watching the whole thing. See how shallow I can be?

Bare:  That was a bit shallow. .  I seen that this movie been on a couple of times this past month..Just didn't get into it..I do have a brand new blood red T- shirt with a pic of the little terrorist on the front....It was a souvenir I picked up in Havana...Still new wrapped in plastic...Do you think wearing it might create a enviorment  conducive  to the  Enfield experience.
