Just thought I'd post up a video of my C5 in black/chrome. Maybe of interest to future enfield owners.

Nice!  It's really hard to show what the chrome C5 looks like in still photos.  Nice to have a little walk around.  Thanks!

Wildbill:

I really like the black/gold stripe on the front and rear mud guards.

If I didn't think I'd screw it up I would consider adding a stripe like that to the front fender of my Black G5 Deluxe fender.

Oh!  Noting that your motorcycle is getting into the middle of the break-in stage, beware of rapid accelerations from a stoplight.
Black and Chrome bikes are notorious for being the fastest.  ;D :D

thanks all. glad you liked the video. prior to buying i had a lot of trouble finding photos of the black/chrome. plenty of the maroon version -more popular no doubt.
so when i bought my new camera i thought this video may help some-one in the future,

you could always lay a black decal/sticker over your front rear fender then add the gold pin stripe. these should not be hard to do. very little surface area. i did these on my car a few days ago prior to my trip to the snowy mountains australia

Gorgeous!

Did it come with the front "fin"?

Also, was the seat brown when you got yours? Mine arrived at the dealer with a brown seat, which didn't make sense to me, so the dealer overnighted a black seat to put on at no cost.

Mine came with the tan seat - never thought about the swap idea to black.got a photo to share. Might go that way myself
The front fin I bought from an Indian site for $40 or $50 delivered
