My G5's front wheel brake had started to become spongy after 3 years. Flushed master cylinder and replaced it with fresh DOT4 and it is back to normal.  Details on the link -

Good video, Singh. Well suited for everyone, either to see the necessary steps for the first time, aswell as skilled mechanics who just make sure about the details once more.
An addition: rubber brake lines must be renewed after 5 years (in cars, too!). If you have to change the fluid anyway, you could improve your brake by mounting a steel brake line. This will reduce the power necessary to pull the lever and so makes it easier to find the right brake point. Regards

That was an excellent, lucid video Singhg5 !
I would like to add just one thing here, the Philip (cross head) screwdriver
to be used to open the master cylinder should be of the correct size, so that
it does not strip the head of the screw. I check the correct size, by placing the
screw driver Bit into the screw, so that it sits snug in the head of the screw. Cheers !

This video contains content from EMI, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds.
Sorry about that.

Do they pay little old ladies to listen to every you-tube clip for Pink Floyd music ?

What if you promise to turn the sound off and only watch the clip ?

At some point people are going to get fed up with these big record/game/movie companies and burn them all to the ground :D
