Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere. I ran across it on another forum. Thought someone else may find it interesting.

A Royal Enfield with a Hillman Imp engine (1000 cc) and Norton gearbox.
The owner had made all the alloy components including the forks, machined from billet.
The rear fender was spectacular, fender tail light and indicator stalks in what looks like one piece, at least it wasn't possible to see any joints.
Waiting on a sign from God. Or a nod from Hell.

Takes more than one ear.Has to be broken down into fibers that resemble silk fibers.Cost is more than silk.Slik bike.

Well, its probably worth noting that the engine is not out of a standard Hillman its a racing engine that in the 60's was more than capable of beating the Mini Coopers in the 1000cc Saloon Car category.
