Are there any folks out there that have set their RE & Cozy up for wheelchair access or that have a trike conversion?

I'm a paraplegic and want to ride, but I've mostly been priced out of the market. Even though I can find rigs I like it costs a couple thousand more to set it up with an Autoshifter like Klik-shift or Pingel. Plus costs to adapt brakes & footrests ad reverse in some cases, carry my wheelchair safely and maybe a passenger.

As a kid my neighbor & uncles had BSA, Norton, Triumphs & Ducati and my first scooter was a Sear Allstate. My first real bike was a 1965 Honda 50 so the nostalgic look runs deep. The Enfield line appeals to me more than the Ural and the few people I've talked to that have rode both prefer the Enfield for comfort.

THANKS!

Excellent  go for it ;D   you could pick up a used enfield with sidecar & convert to a flat car roll up for the chair. If you do it, post photos. I tried to talk a buddy of mine into doing this but he didn't go for it.

Good luck
