I love that movie..."Dr. Strangelove how I learn to love the bomb" I would make a coment but my government  conputer is being monitored... and I am sure that I am on someones list for the books I check out of the library. Did hear once that JFK faked his death and was part of the "great exchange" back in the 60's...they made a movie about it I think "The 4400".

Read all about Bob Lazar...the man was a great liar. You'll still see plenty of convincing-looking stuff out there now.

He's the one largely behind all the Area 51 - UFO stuff...claimed to have reverse engineered antimatter propulsion. Had a very convincing story, especially in a time before the internet and Google Earth, etc.

Anyway, as someone who like military history (like many of you here..) I am confident in Area 51's role as a secret test base and that's it...no little greys wandering around there.

Area 51 is was exempted from oversight and EPA regulation by the executive order Bill Clinton. No theory about it, Its fact and reported by Popular Science.

 Lockheed's Skunk works and other companies are there doing R&D and small scale manufacturing there. (B1 bombers were built there )

 The best theory I've heard about it, and it is very plausible, is that it is also a storage facility for prototypes, one offs and failed projects.
