My 1994 BMW K75 needed a seal between the header pipe and the muffler. They aren't available. I made one from the sheet of copper I bought for $5.50.
  On my test ride today the plug in for the Gerbings electric jacket worked. Also, the heated grips and the running lights worked.

Worked on re-wiring the sidecar as attached to the Bonnie.
Need some Molex connectors to proceed and can get them from work.  Free!

I've been repairing the incredibly rusted fuel tank from my other half's Monster. That tank is such a bad design. The bottom part that the pump can't scavenge holds over a litre, and it's where any water accumulates with no way to drain it, save pulling the tank. 
Have had my Supermotard's forks resprung for better on track behavior, still waiting for new brake pads and braided hose.
A new front Metzler Lasertec on the old Pantah.
+, been restoring my dad's old postie bike for laughs. 
And I'm finally able to ride Mr Reliable trx850 again, the broken collarbone is healing nicely.

Monster tank has come together nicely.  I sealed it inside with the caswell epoxy tank liner kit. I hope it works.

Finally had time to finish the re-wiring of the sidecar signal and running light to the Bonnie.
Head Light's next. Just waiting for some new connectors.

Between E-bay and Cycle Terminal I have damned near everything I need.

Haven't done much to the ol' Hog lately, but did get oil changes done on the bike and both cars a couple of weeks ago.
Jumped on the bike on Christmas Eve to do a little last minute gift shopping, weather was in the 50's and was perfect and sunny.
Other than that,  I've been driving the truck for the most part.  Weather has been in the 20's and 30's mostly lately, but have had a chance to ride to work a few times.

A friend of mine gave me a major tip on a 2004 EX250 Ninja I'm setting up. Next time I pull the carbs, it's going to be mucho mas easier!

I used to own a 2004 250 Ninja. Fortunately, I didn't have to remove the carbs, just their tops to place washers under the needles, but I did adjust the little tiny valves a number of times during the 36K miles that I rode the bike.  Removing the valve cover was a lot easier once I cut the weld on the right side coil and bolted it back on so that the valve cover could be removed without having to remove the radiator.

My claim to fame was that I dropped my thickness gauge down the cam chain slot, where it ended up lying on top of the crankshaft.  Fortunately, I was able to retrieve the steel gauge with a telescoping magnet.  That was a close one!

Took my postie bike up to the river for the weekend. We did a million trips between the shack and the ski beach on it. Ran like a champ and looked good doing it.

Finally I got around to adjusting the Valves in my airhead R80ST-- Oh yes, they were a bit tight a most airheads.  Been awhile since I wrenched on a Beemer and the adjust took over three hours.  Hate working on the ground, need a hoist.  These old bones don't react to getting up and down like they used to.  Still fun though!

It seems that with each passing year gravity gets stronger, which makes getting up from a creeper more of a challenge.
