;D Didnt ride Alison today because it was comin down like 40 cows pissin on a flat rock! In Tulsa weve been melting for the past 2 mnths now with highs at 115 degrees.  ??? those arent question marks, thats the heat shimmer offa my head. Woke up this morning to a good ol fashion frog choker. Temps in the high 90's now but feels great! Gonna ride tonight!  ;D

I have friends and relatives there. Man, I feel for you guys, but as much as I like the town,, I'm sure glad I haven't been there the last couple of months. Really enjoying this 80 degree stuff here.
It's too warm to put much armor on, but it's comfortable riding.

Seattle area has the "perfect" summer for riding.  Highs in the mid 70's and dry.  That's the ticket for comfort while wearing full protective riding gear.

I've ridden to work every day since July 11th in OKC.  Some afternoons it's like ridding through a blast furnace but it's still fun!  I am impressed how well an air cooled RE runs when it's 115 outside..probably a few degrees hotter on the blacktop.  Today was a nice change....

What wouldn't I give for a proper summer. We don't seem to get more than a couple of dry days in a row before the rain is back for several more. Sunshine yesterday - rain again today. It's the Plymouth Mega Ride on sunday, so all fingers crossed for a good'n....

Clear skies and 70s to 80s for the last couple of months. Should continue for the next couple.

High today in OKC is 83, had some pretty good rain and thunder this am.  Like they say, if you don't like the weather in OKlahoma, just wait a few hours......

Went for a nice ride this afternoon, what a difference a day makes.
