Welcome to the forum.
Assuming we are speaking of a bike in the U.S., the only word of caution about a 2009 UCE bike is to make sure the 3rd gear change was made to the transmission.
That was a DOT requirement and Royal Enfield sent some tech's plus the needed parts to the United States. Supposedly every one of them had the fix but it doesn't hurt to ask.
Also, I think the 2009 might still have the older style oil fill cap on it.
This old design did not have a screw to hold the oil filter retaining plate in position when the cap is removed to change the filter. The old style cap makes changing the filter a real PITA.
Ask the dealer if the new style "retained" filter cap is installed.
If it isn't, I think they can be bought for about $35 or for the cost of a screw, a drill and tap you can do the mod yourself.
The dealer might even be willing to throw in the new style cap just to help make the sale.
The dealer I bought my G5 from had a 2009, G5 available and as I recall he was asking $500 less than the original price for it just because it was 2 years old (with about 20 miles on the odometer).
