I took the tank off to check the O2 sensor, fuel injector, and MAP sensor. I figured while it's off I may as well torque the head. But I need to take off the rockers to get to the head bolts. Incidentally, the tank comes off easily and the fuel line barely leaks at all when the hose comes off. The head gaskets aren't paper or the like, they're nice molded rubber deals and easily reusable.
And DUH! The rocker bolts are just regular allen bolts but the heads were filled with oil so I couldn't see them, they just looked round. Thanks to Arizoni and r80t for reminding me to check the parts book and the exploded diagrams in the book I was already looking in. I gotta stop staying up so late in the garage.
