i have a 2010 military bike and was wondering if the dealers carry the paint to do touch ups? what happened was the front fender war rubbing against the front fork and took some of the paint off. i was wondering if the dealer would be able to touch up the front forks when i go there for my first service this saturday?

my C5 had a small tube in the tool box. Does the military not have that as well?  ???

When I was in the (German) army we used any kind of olive-green paint to touch up our vehicles. Accordingly all of them looked like patchwork rugs. I´m sure any army does it that way.
So I guess it´ll be very authentic not to care about the correct shade of green when you ride a military.  ;)

ohhhh... well that wont help much... maybe you could match it up with some testers model paint? only if the dealership doesnt have something. and i think i recall seeing touch up paint at Nfield gear. Dont remember if they showed the OD green.

Nfield gear has some touch up paint.

I think before using it I would check out the Testers model paint as Okie suggested.
Most Hobby shops have dozens of different shades of Olive Drab enamel paint for a really low price.  If you don't like the "flat" finish you can always put some clear coat over it.

It's a military for gods sake! The more they age the better they look. I had an old man get out of his car today, looked at my bike, and asked me, "is that an army bike", and I replied, "no, it's a military," and I drove away.

My Military came with Enfield's brush on.OD which turned out to be a really bad match: too dark, and it seems their paint varies. I found a close spray-on at NAPA in spray can off the shelf that I used as touch up and painting a black C5 rear number plate. Hard to tell the difference from the fender. It stuck well to metal and plastic without prep and has proved to be waterproof in the rain.

Try krylon olive #4293. Then cover with ultra flat clear #3530. I'm using these on hard bags I am making for my military. It is so close you can't tell the diff.

if you are reeeallly picky, you could always got to an auto body shop. They can mix and match most anything. Probably cost as much as N-gear, but it would match.

Sounds like your dealers boy wasn't smart enough to install a fender ... He ought to do the paintwork for you under warranty. That's bullchips to send one out that way ....
