This really sounds like the bees knees, but I'd like to buy it already complete. The alternative, is to buy a bike, and then have it upgraded. Seems like a smarter move, to have it already done when i pick it up. Anyone selling one like this?

Anyone upgrade with either the 612cc or 535cc upgrade kit, and run into problems with reliabilty or breakdowns?

The upgrade kits you're talking about are for the iron-head BE, not the AVL Electra.

Don't fret however, Kevin, Jim and the guys at CMW have done a big-bore conversion on their Electra. I think they said it's about 570cc.

This is not available yet, but they are testing it.
