June 17, 18, and 19 is a massive vintage Triumph (but really all things British and European) rally, bike show, and swap meet at the White Rose Motorcycle Club in Jefferson PA. It's a great ride out from Baltimore, most of it on official MD "scenic routes".

The grounds are great- lots of room, a stream, camping area, and a clubhouse with facilities. They have hill climbs there that are televised nationally.

Any interest post here, maybe we can get a group together for a day trip.

MotoJ I'm outta town that weekend, but also to anyone else in Baltimore, MD and the surrounding area:

We're trying to get a group of bulleteers together on here of people who are in the maryland/baltimore area and would be interested in meeting up for occasional rides / meet-ups / advice on maintenance.  It'll also be a way for people to get the word out about great events like the one MotoJ is posting above.

I know there's a number of you out there, and I think this would be cool, so what do you say?  Oh ok so someone whose name rhymes with slice gave me the idea to copy the 'Washington State Bullet Owners' thread and stir up some excitement in the mid-atlantic region.

Hey Guys.......

I guess I now qualify as a 'Bulleteer', having just acquired a 2007 Bullet last Wednesday.  I'd like to join any local groups, and would most certainly enjoy a ride to PA.   I'm what you might call a 'Veteran' biker.....being 59 years of age and having ridden a bike since I was 12.   I currently have a number of bikes, including a couple of HDs, severaly old Yamaha XS650, a nice old Norton Commando, and now this Bullet.   Clearly, I'm new to Enfields, and plan to learn as much as I can as soon as I can so I can 'improve' the performance of my Bullet to where I'm a bit more confident in crossing a major intersection from a dead stop!   So, I welcome and personal communications, and I'd love to get acquainted with any other local (B/W/Annap area) owners.   My email is:  Wharf_Creek at Hotmail dot com and my name is Tom.   Hope to see some people in June.   Regards,   WC

Hey Guys,

Just to keep this thread going.......I'm not sure if 'The Baltimore Bullets' club is still planning on making the trip to PA next weekend....but if so......I think I'm 'out'....sorry to say!!!    Friday is my GFs Birthday......and I've got a large crowd coming to my home on Sunday for Father's Day!   Saturday will be spent in preparation!!   I'd have loved to ride the Commando to the British event in PA!!   Oh well.....maybe next time.   However, I AM up for some local riding most any evening......so keep me posted.   I hope you guys have fun if you go......and sorry to have missed the trip!   WC

Like I said above I'm out next weekend also, but may be in for a sunday ride this weekend (6/12) I'll be coming back from pennsylvania, carpooling with a bunch of guys, so when we actually arrive nobody can forsee.  My cell is 412-523-1575 so shoot me a text or something if any of you're planning a ride.

I might be up for a ride this Sunday afternoon. Maybe the same ride out in the county, Chuck? Less decision-making will be good. Tomorrow I'm going to the Belmont to win lots of money on the horses and have lots of fun. I expect to be pretty bushed Sunday.

Didn't get back in til later on Sunday and it was pouring rain... now to pick up the thumper from the shelter of a friend's howard county garage this evening.

Hi Chuck. Turns out nobody rode. I caught up on yardwork and worked on  the sidecar tub until I got rained out. POR-15 anyone?

Next Saturday I will definitely be riding to the White Rose MC for the British show if any Baltimore Bulleteers care to join me. Barring deluges of rain, that is.
