Yeah, they did a good job, it may be semi modern but it's still a simple one lunger!, I changed the gear during a oil change, didn't take a lot longer than normal
On the eighth day God created the C5, and it was better looking than anything on the planet.

........... make sure you put the new gear in the right way.  :D

What is this 'right' way of plastic gear ?  Can you elaborate if the two sides of plastic gear are different ?

The gear will go on either way, but there is a boss on one side that faces out. Mark the gear on your bike with a sharpie before you remove it, then you can compare the new one and make sure the proper side is facing out. you'll need a snap ring tool but nothing more exotic than that. Any parts store should have the tool.

 Great  work Singh.....your really testing that motor, no major issues correct ?
