Sure it will make your Bullet a tourer. That is, if your idea of touring is seeing the countryside and not just getting somewhere as fast as possible.
Just avoid the big superslab interstate highways and ride the slower less traveled secondary highways. The scenes are better, the traffic is slower and usually there is less of it.
The "big rigs" want to deliver their loads as fast as possible so they usually stick to the superslabs as do all of the cage drivers who's only thoughts are getting to where they are going as fast as possible.
The secondary highways usually go thru a bunch of interesting little towns that used to be important stops when these highways were the only way to get from one place to another so they often have service stations and small restaurants and they welcome visitors.
Lots more fun and interesting than the big truck stops along the superslabs.
