Hey folks,

So, yesterday I entered my bike in a local contest for classic cars and bikes of all years. Figures then that I would have the only motorcycle in the show (the weather was terrible), but I fielded a lot of questions from spectators about the RE. AND, I won an award. If you're up for some photos of tailfins and grills then go here: http://retropopplanet.wordpress.com/2011/05/15/tailfins-and-grills/

Cheers,

-Marc

I just returned from the Wild West. Depending on traffic horses can be faster than trains!

There were some really interesting cars out (lots of 'vettes) that you don't normally see at these kinds of shows. The guy with the Studebaker also owns an MG and invited me to come out to a British classics show in the fall.

I'll be going to the British and European Classic Motorcycle Day this coming Sunday so stay tuned for more photos. I went last year and it was awesome: http://www.classicmotorcycleday.org/

Thanks for the thanks!
