So it is a fake..  I found another copy on YouTube and if you look at the moment of flack you can tell the strobe is below the camera as the shadow for the van does not disappear.

i have a friend that was working with an apple picking crew and a storm blew in. they jumped on the tractor to head for the shed. they got hit by lightning twice, my friend was kinda goofy for a week or two.
