Fit and finish are excellent and it does have a  kickstart.

I don't know about the side casing. I ordered the B-5 based on a  picture from the N.Y. m/c show. This is also my first Enfield. So...?????  Here's a picture from the other side.

I like it!  If I could afford another bike, as much as I REALLY dig the C5's, I think I'd get one of those.

Although it's obscured by the kick start, is that a cover plate over the countershaft sprocket? For older bikes, that whole side plate comes off. That assembly is not like the G-5.

Can you post some pics/closeups of your bike? Does it have a 7" headlight?

The bike is  now at Vince's shop while I'm waiting for Seattle to stop doing what it does best . I'll ask Vince about any questions you may have and report back when I go down to bring her home.

It comes stock with a 5 inch.

Those are C5 side cases on both sides.
