Yeah, it seems some part of the brake arm touches down before anything else in a turn.  For this reason and because it sits farther out than I'd like I'm thinking of redesigning it.  Cut it off near the exhaust and just weld on some steel plate and have it come straight up.  Then tack a pedal on the top.  This shouldmove it inboard a little bit.  The non-folding pegs are still annoying though.  I need to learn to weld...

I think the brake pedal might scrape before anything else on most Bullets.  On my '06 iron barrel, I've scraped the brake pedal, but never the footpegs.  I sound like such a tame rider!
